Mirroring between iMac and Synology NAS

Dears,

Just arrived here, and the software looks powerful.
However, I think I miss the logic behind it (the way the software "thinks") to really understand the way to exploit it.

What I want to do is create a real-time mirror from a picture folder to a NAS.
The goal is that a Smart TV (or any home/mobile/... device) can visualize the pictures as soon as they are produced/removed, without having to access the Mac itself.

So I selected the iMac folder, and selected the steps:

If "any" ... :

Subfile/folder count "did change"
Size "did change"

Do the following:

Sync into folder "JPG on NAS"

For a reason I don't understand, it doesn't work.
Even the "preview" is not returning any info - or maybe it is me who cannot use it.

Any help to achieve the task would be welcome !

I'm assuming you only want one-way mirroring. Two-way mirroring is not supported; I recommend software specifically designed for that in this case.

Check out this thread as it has more details on this: http://www.noodlesoft.com/forums/viewto ... 1593#p6500

One-way mirroring indeed.
What is added or removed on the Mac must be added or removed on the NAS

Thank you for the rule, but unfortunately doesn't work.

Structure is:

Folder "CCL-picts-originals" contains subfolders per year (2016, 2017, 2018 ..)
Each of these folder contains max 1 sub-level (the name of an event)

When adding a folder ("2019") in "CCL-picts-originals" it does not appear on the NAS
Removing a pict from folder "2018" in "CCL-picts-originals" doesn't remove it the NAS

This is the kind of log I get:

How are the conditions set on your rule? Are you having it match any folder underneath or just specific ones?

I used the rule you pointed to, and adapted the folder name (blah) as instructed..

Can you post the rule as you have it now? Also, I recommend going through the troubleshooting guide here: https://www.noodlesoft.com/kb/hazel-tro ... ing-guide/
