Cannot restore hazel rules from old install

I had a crash and had to resinstall macOS. I have a backup of the old disk, including the ~/Library/Application Support and preferences folders.
I moved the related hazel files to new the ~/Library, installed hazel and... it doesn't work. It sees that my license is there, but the rules are all gone.
Is there any way I can import the rules from the backup folder into my new hazel install? I see a bunch of .hazeldb and .hazelrules files in there - do I need them all, or can I identify the correct ones and make the new install aware of them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated :/
