Copy rules from another computer backup

Hi all,

Just wondering if it is possible to copy rules from a backup I have of my computer before the SSD failed?

If so, does anyone know which files/folders are needed to get my rules up and running without having to recreate them from scratch?

It would be fine if it was a bootable backup as I could boot from it and export the rules, then boot from my internal SSD and import them.

Can you describe how it isn't working? Do you get a 404-Not Found or something else?
