All but one rule stopped working

Hi-

Had Hazel just cruising along but over last couple of months only one of the 20 rules I have for my "Action" folder work. I can see in the logs that all the rules are recognizing the files for action, but then the movement of folders doesn't happen like it used to. Very strange and I'm not sure where to start. Have tried stopping Hazel then restarting, disabling then re-enabling rules, etc. Nothing seems to help.
