Hi, hope someone can help me with this, so very likely to be my error but I just can't see for looking! This rule is very basic and used to run - until it didn't!

That will help you isolate where the problem is.

Yep, read this so many times - everything looks OK but sometimes one can be blind to own errors (like proof reading own writing).
Would appreciate someone looking at screenshots to see if there are any obvious mistakes.
Btw, rule doesn't read ".pdf" simply "pdf" did a screen shot whilst trying that to see if it made a difference - it didn't of course

I'm not seeing anything obviously wrong in the rule. Can you report on the diagnostics from the troubleshooting guide? How does it look in the preview? The status window?

Preview I get 2 green ticks

Log is this - doesn't mean a lot to me - does it make sense to you. Seems to be saying Rule matched but not doing anything

It seems those files are matching a different rule "Last opened 1 Year ago ". If you check the status UI, it should indicate that there. You'll need to re-order/fix your rules as I'm guessing that rule is before the Evernote one in the list, and in addition, I'm guessing that the last opened date on the files is not what you think it is.

Brilliant! I rearranged and all sorted. Thank You!! Knew it was something stupid I was doing. I've read so many times about ordering but for some reason I thought that only meant within the rule - duh!!

Now I know more than I did yesterday
