Hellow there. I want to create a rule, that the Amex statements that are downloaded into Downloads folder (it's usually named by date (like 2025-08-05.pdf, that changes every month). I want that pdf file to be moved to Statements folder that is inside Downloads and renamed like American Express and the date created like (AmEx 5 August 2025). See the screenshot.As if the conditions are right but nothing happens. What I am doing wrong?

Hi there.
Now I am having problem with pdf file. When downloading the statment from Internet to Downloads it is OK but when going into Renaming it, it becomes unreadable text not pdf although extension is there. What's going wrong?

Again, can you go through the full troubleshooting guide? The logs might be of some use here.

Also, what app is in the second screenshot?

It is TextEdit app. and unfortunately the log file is kind of mistic for me.
