hazel doesn't move files any more (?)

Hi I recently upgraded to a new macbook (macbook m4 max) running sequoia, and the move: to folder function isn't working as it used to

Here are my rules and as you can see the detection seems to be working fine;

Any pointers? I imagine it might be a permissions/security thing, any help would be appreciated
