Hazel handles all pdfs the same as my mortgage rule

I got a mortgage rule that looks for pdfs in a folder named "Scanned", with a matching account number. It gets the statement date. Renames the file with date and moves to a folder named "Mortgage". Works

But Hazel thinks every pdf in the the Scanned folder is a mortgage statement. Every thing gets renamed and moved to the Mortgage folder.

What am I doing wrong?
