Rule isns't running automatically.

I have this rule that is only running if I manually tell it to run, when I tell it to run it does what it is meant to do but it's not being triggered when I add new files to the watched Dropbox folder.

So the preview showed all ticks, rule status shows the files it should be running on and the log doesn't seem to show anything that I can understand. It doesn't seem to be looking at the files in there unless I tell it to run.

Can you post/send an excerpt of the logs during the time the rules should have run but didn't? Include the name of a matching file.

All green ticks and the files just sit there untouched until I manually run rules
