Hazel suddenly not moving files

Hello all
I have Hazel watching my scans folder and filing documents into my "Filing" folder which was on my internal drive but I moved to an external drive. I remapped all the rules to the proper folders.
Suddenly Hazel isn't moving the files. Is this because when you move files from internal to external you have to hold command?
