Unable to give Hazel “Full Disk Access” Mon Nov 27, 2023 10:22 am • by vincentlee
I'm installing Hazel 4.4.5 (this seems to be the latest version of Hazel have access to before I have to upgrade my license to Hazel 5) on my new MacBook Pro running macOS Sonoma 14.1.1.

I want to enable App Sweep and get directed to https://www.noodlesoft.com/kb/giving-ha ... on-mojave/ for instructions on enabling permissions to allow Hazel to do this. I get stuck at bullet point 3 when nothing happens if I hold down my Option key.

Has anyone else run into an issue like this? Is there another way to locate the HazelHelper so I can drag it into the Full Disk Access list in System Preferences?

Thank you in advance!

Note that Hazel 4 is not support on Sonoma. If you select Hazel.prefPane and do Show Package Contents, you can then navigate to Contents/MacOS/HazelHelper.
