Howdy all,
So a final step in one of my rules is to open a newly downloaded and renamed mp3 file in an app called Metadatics.
Hazel simply doesn't perform this step.
I have changed the application to iTunes with the same outcome.

I will do that later when I am at the desktop but I can update now that the same rule works on my laptop.

Ok, Rule checks out and the logs report no errors when it is run.

I'm wondering if there's an issue the app. Are you comfortable using the commandline?

Try using the "open" command with that file and application and see if that works.

works as expected.

To be clear, the version that works on your laptop is not opening the file either?
