Rule to delete filetypes not working

Since upgrading to v5, one of my rules consistently doesn't run. It's part of a larger group of rules, which all do run.

I can't see anything that'd prevent the rule from running. Anyone see anytying I'm missing?

Edit: If I preview the Rule, it matches both of those files.

I found the issue in the log.

A previous Rule was trying to run a script against the files. So I think the file was locked idefinitely, preventing the other rule from deleting them.

I excluded .txt and .exe from the other rule and the Delete rule ran right away.
