Need help with a rule

Hi,
I am trying to copy files from a Dropbox folder on my laptop to a folder on an external USB thumb drive.
I cannot get my rule to work.
The folders I am trying to copy are tagged. I tried using tags within the rule and now have switched to label color. Neither works.
Can you help?
Thanks,
Chris

If ANY of the following conditions are met
Color Label is GRAY
Kind is DOCUMENT
COPY to folder FAMILY FILES (on external drive)

What part isn't working? Have you gone through the troubleshooting guide? https://www.noodlesoft.com/kb/hazel-tro ... ing-guide/

Hi,

None of it. Nothing happens.
I have tried the trouble shooting Guide.

How does it look in the preview? How about the rule status?

Some tagged folders appear and some do not.
For a nested set of folders, how far down do they need to be tagged in order for the rule to work?

Hi, I also tried to create a "nested condition." I tried holding down the option key while clicking the + button to create a new condition however it active a duplicate condition action.

"To create a nested condition, hold down the option key while clicking the + button to create a new condition. That will create a nested condition underneath.

Are you trying to match files in subfolders? In that case, you need a rule to tell Hazel to do that. Check the help as there's a whole chapter on that topic.
