Hazel no longer processing actions on internal drive

I have a Hazel action that is supposed to watch a folder on an internal drive and sync any changes to a dropbox folder. It worked before upgrading to Tahoe, but no longer works. Hazel has full disk access. I am baffled... any ideas?
