Strange Hazel behavior — rule only works intermittently in s

I’ve got a Hazel rule set to file PDFs into a “Processed” folder, and it works fine most of the time — but every few days or after a reboot it stops matching files in some subfolders (while still catching others). I’ve double‑checked the rule conditions and paths but can’t spot what’s triggering the inconsistency. Has anyone seen Hazel “forget” to act on some subfolders after restarts or sleeps, and how did you fix it?
