How to import the Hazel rules after reinstalling macOS

I'm conducting a clean reinstall of macOS. Is there a method to import Hazel rules? I did a backup of my rules at some point, but certainly not recently. Also, I thought I had produced a bootable macOS backup, but it turns out the drive does not boot. At least I still have all of the data.
