Hazel doesn’t run rules automatically

Hello,
I set up a few new rules to watch a dropbox folder where I have my home depot receipts and some other stuff dropped into but Hazel will only process them if I force the run rules for that folder, all my others seem to run pretty much instantly as soon as the file hits the folder. Any ideas?
