Suggestions on how to rename files with year-month patterns

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create a Hazel rule to rename files based on the year and month mentioned in the document. The year and month sometimes appear in different formats, for example:

Sep2025 (Wage Month)
SEP-2025(Wage 2.0)

I have already written a rule and will be sharing a screenshot of it in this post. However, I am looking for suggestions on how I can improve the rule or if there is a better approach to handle these conditions and rename the files accordingly.

Any guidance or alternative methods would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried autodetect for the date? Not sure if it would work in your case but if it does, it would get rid of the nested condition. Otherwise, not sure if anything else needs to be changed.
