Number of Items in Folder?

I'm trying to build a rule that only runs if the number of items in a folder are greater than a certain count. I tried the Number of Items, but it's failing. Clearly I'm doing it wrong. Could someone help me build a rule condition that only fires if the folder has more than 5 files in it?
