Help Improve the Support Knowledge Base

With the new user guide being integrated into the knowledge base, the number of articles now available to search for has grown by a large margin.

I'm posting this thread to get feedback on improvements. One issue, now that there are a bunch more articles, is how well the search works. I have the ability to tweak the search index so if you find that certain articles aren't coming up (or are too far down in the results) for certain terms, let me know. Likewise, if an article isn't suitable for a search term, post here about it.

Also, if there are certain articles you'd like to see added or certain questions answered, let me know. Any comments, suggestions and reports welcome.
