find corresponding file in subfolder

i upload my (iPhone) pictures automatically to my Diskstation via DSPhoto.
Hazel sorts them into subfolders year and month (and some other tweaks like rename date taken, which phone etc).
The videos from the live-photo-feature are in a subfolder (within the month) called livepics.
The pics i don't want are tagged/labeled with "get lost"
(in another step i will hazel-move them to a dump-location)
Here's the quest:
I want Hazel to tag also the corresponding live-photo-video in the subfolder with "get lost".
The Video does have the same name like the picture - just another extension (.MOV) and is, as mentioned, ins a subfolder .
Any chance to get this to work?
