Hello

I created on rules to automatically tag a file with some "Name matches" conditions and when the "date created is among the 1 most recent". It's working well. The rule after is to remove this tag when "date created is not among the 1 most recent".

The second rules seem to apply in the rules status, but unfortunately it doesn't work and the tag is still present on the older files.

This is a folder on iCloud drive...

Can you test it on a non-iCloud folder and see if it works there?

Yes! It's working on a non-icloud folder!

And actually, it's working on iCloud folder too! I'm not sure if it's working from the time I tried on an non-cloud folder...really funny, I'm pretty sure it was not working last evening, and I think I tried things like reboot...

BTW, I was thinking about syncing the rules between my macbook and desktop mac on this iCloud folder? Is that weird?
Do I need to be aware of something when doing that, I mean in general?

It should work (as long as iCloud is working properly). You can have sync to a file and as long as that file is shared, other instances can sync to that same file. Check the help for more details.
