Growl notification on duplicate deletion?

I seem to be unable to find a way to get Hazel to post notification of a duplicate file deletion...I've attempted enabling all Growl notifications (some of the error reporting was turned off by default), and attempted posting Growl notifications on ALL file move attempts (unfortunately using the supplied variables won't even show where the file was moved to - such as the trash - just where it was moved from).
Any hints? I'm not seeing any way to trigger an alert on a specific Hazel event (just Finder events), and haven't found anything addressing the issue here on the forums (though I could have easily missed something).
Thanks!

The issue here is that Hazel doesn't outright support that notification. Here's what I'd do:
(1) Disable the "Throw away duplicate files" checkbox.
(2) Set up a rule that monitors new files for the pattern: (...)-1.extension
(3) Do whatever you want... delete the file, send a notification, etc.
When hazel moves a file that has the same name as an existing file, the file is re-named and a number is appended. By monitoring for the appended filename, you can do whatever you want with "duplicates."

Are no Hazel notifications working or just the one for dupe files? Try logging out and back in and seeing if that fixes anything.

@mr_noodle - I've never seen a notification post for my folders that have "delete duplicates" enabled. Is that a feature? I think that's what the OP is referring to.

I have seen it before so unless I'm going crazy (which can't be ruled out), it should be there.
