help with "create a custom text token"

To create a custom text token, click the ● token or drag it into the field at the top of the popover.

But on my screen I do not have a " ● token "
Where do I find this?

You can only create them in conditions with a "match" condition. In an action, you can use custom attributes you created previously but you cannot create them there as there's no way to specify what it contains.
