Is the crdownload can't be dealed with？

I created a rule to move the crdownload files to trash.Preview the crdownload file is successful，but the file can't be moved actually.

crdownload are files being downloaded by Chrome. Hazel will ignore those as moving them will disrupt the download. If a download is interrupted and you want to clean up the old crdownload file, use the Throw away incomplete downloads option.
