I am attempting to have Hazel search my 1 TB NAS drive to find and relocate music to a single file. I don't have an exact figure for number of music files but my guess is somewhere between 5-10 thousand. Hazel ran for what I thought was an inordinate length of time so I clicked the Stop button. Messages continued to appear showing new notifications and file movement LONG after I had stopped Hazel. It seems Hazel is in a continuous loop.

I would like to paste the rules setup for you using the insert image function but that does not seem to work. In the meantime, I will see what happens if I re-boot my computer. I am assuming that will stop Hazel.

I'd need to see the logs to know what is going on. There are certain operations which can't be interrupted easily so it's possible that things may continue. Or, it may be that the logs are catching up. You can check the timestamps on the logs to see if that is the case.
