Rule Matches but doesn't run

I have a rule which has been working, but didn't run today. The rule seems to match but none of the actions were taken.

I tried manually running rules on the folder but it didn't help.

The folder is on iCloud and is synced with the iOS app Scanbot.

I am probably missing something obvious, but any help would be appreciated.

After that, wait until the file should have been processed but wasn't. Send me the logs for that file (send it as text, not an image).

I found this in the debug folder:

I think what is happening was this rule was running a script which was creating some temp files in Downloads. Then another rule was altering those files which caused some issue in the script which meant it got into a hung state.

I changed it to not create the temp files in Downloads and restarted Hazel and now things seem to work.

Either way I am happy for now
