Monitoring folder downloads

Hello,

How do you make a rules to Monitoring a folder when a newly downloaded files arrives in a folder, then copy then to another folder?

Check out the sample rules. If you didn't load them when you first installed, you can do so via the cog/gear pulldown. There are rules there to match newly added files which you can modify to copy them instead.
