I'm trying to create rule to move Text documents that Finder shows as having Kind = "TextEdit.app Document".
Unfortunately the Kind = Text rule does not match the document.
The documents don't have an extension so I can't use that.
Trying to use the "Other" option an select the speific Kind format doesn't work as "TextEdit.app Document" or "TextEdit" doesn't show up in the extended formats list.
I believe TextEdit is the default text editor on Mac (at least I don't remember installing it).
I read the manual and searched the forums but didn't see an answer.
Please Help!

If you want to match documents without an extension, try doing "Extension is blank". You might also want to add "Kind is not folder" since most folders don't have extensions either.
