Emailing files as attachements

This seems to be covered in various places.
Yet, I having trouble finding exactly what im looking for.

Im looking for a working AppleScript that will allow me to email a file as an attachment.
Iv'e tried this with a couple of applescripts but mail seems to be using a default email address (or the last email address I used to send from).

Example - I have three email accounts connect to mail.app. I only want the files being sent from one of the three specific accounts.
