I want to ocr all pdfs I download except for ones from 2 urls. Is it possible in hazel to write a rule to perform the OCR rule if

Document is a pdf
Not from URL ...
Or
Not from URL...

Try using "Source URL". Note that only certain programs fill that out (namely Mail and Safari, possibly Chrome).
