Trying to not reinstall again, or do anything with osx yet, looking for any other suggestions, i got the 2.3.7 update not long ago because i decided to start back using hazel. Now It just states running rules and nothing ever moves... I reset to the default rules and it did the same thing, Ive also messed around with the plist. Any suggestions appreciated. Which plist did you mess around with?

Check the "Troubleshooting tips" sticky article near the top of the forum. Run through that and post back what you find there.
