sort by Date into year folder

Hi,

all my 230.000 documents are PDF searchable content.
Most of the documents are dates to written in 10.02.2010 or 10.02.10.
I have created a Rule that things to do

Description: Folder of Year 2010
If ANY of following conditions are met
content contain 01.2010
content contain 02.2010
content contain 03.2010
content contain 04.2010
content contain 05.2010
content contain 06.2010
content contain 07.2010
content contain 08.2010
content contain 09.2010
content contain 10.2010
content contain 11.2010
content contain 12.2010
content contain 01.10
content contain 02.10
content contain 03.10
content contain 04.10
content contain 05.10
content contain 06.10
content contain 07.10
content contain 08.10
content contain 09.10
content contain 10.10
content contain 11.10
content contain 12.10
Do the following:
Ad comments 2010
Set color label green
Move File to /DiskStation/Archive/2010

Some documents is going to the right folder.
Some documents are not in the right folder because there are more dates? 03.10.2010 and 15.03.2005
And the most of documents are not going into any year folder.

The document that dont want to move iopened it in Acrobat and search to 10.2010.
It will be found. I test that with any other documents that dont be moved.
In Acrobat it will be OK. Why dont find it in Hazel???
I Looked it in "Preview Rule Match" and there dokuments are shown that moved and not moved.
In Acrobat the dates will be found.

When i open a finder windows and go in the folder OCR PDF to search 03.2010 it wil nothing
found too!! When i search .2010 nothing found.
In Acrobat i found 03.2010 in the document.

Whats wrong?

Hi,

I think Adobe Acrobat is a shit Software.
I installed Abby fine Reader for Snapscan Release 2007.
After reconverting OCR it will be work.

I think Adobe is going to badly in the future.
I will never buy another software in Future from Adobe.

The mac now works for me and not i for the mac.
