Using Color Labels to File Items

Hi everyone,

I'm a new user and I'm having a bit of trouble with color labels. I have one main folder: "Inbox". My downloads go into it, I save new files into it, etc. I would like for Hazel to watch the Inbox and move files based on color label. For example, move files that I label orange to an "Organize" folder, move files that I label yellow to a "Read" folder, etc. My only issue is that once I set up the folder in Hazel, and once I set up the rules for each color, Hazel only processes the first one rule and ignores all others. Is there any way to get it to process multiple color labels and file things away for me?

Thanks in advance!

Only one rule can match a file. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by processing multiple color labels in that a file can only have one color label anyways.

Try using the preview function to check your rule logic. If you still can't figure it out, then you need to post/email your rules as everyone's rule sets are different and I can't make any suggestions without seeing them.
