Sync with hidden folders

I would like to sync a folder in my Dropbox with a folder in my Library (containing save files from a game). Hazel doesn't like this, presumably because it cannot "see" the folder. The rule is set up on the folder in Dropbox.

A follow up: if I set folder A to sync with folder B will a change in B, say a new file, get synced into A? or, do I need to set a rule on B also?

The sync is one way. To do a two-way sync, I suggest specialized software to do that.
