Match a capital letter

Is it possible to match a capital letter?

All matches are case-insensitive. Can you describe how you need this?

I was looking for a way to add spaces when "CamelCase" used in a file name.

A Better Finder Rename tool has an option that will do it, but I was hoping to do it automatically with Hazel.

You can create a droplet with A Better Finder Rename and integrate that into Hazel to do the renaming action automatically.
