Download older versions

Is there an archive where I can download an older version? I am running version 2 but also owns a license for version 3. Now I wanted to start to use version 3 but realise it can't be downloaded any more.

(I tried to send this message though the website's contact form, but is does not work - it just says try again later)

I can't trigger the error message today, but I can't send a message either - I now get a wait indicator (2 spinning arrows) indefinitely.

Can you send me a screenshot of whatever it is you see when you click the Send button? Also, what OS and browser version are you using?
