Hazel to devonthink to omnifocus

I'm trying to do this using Hazel : when a file is added to a folder, then
1) add "todo" tag to the file
2) add this file to devon inbox
3) add a new task to omnifocus inbox with a link to the devonthink item (x-devonthink-item://)
this later action is where I fail. Mainly in scripting it.
Is anybody have a script or scripting tips to help me ?
