Does "Any file" work for folders too?

I'm new to Hazel and am blown away by how incredible and useful it is. I've created two simple rules for a folder, Folder A, whose contents I want copied to Folder B. The first rule I've created is the standard Process subfolders rule.

The second rule says this:

If all of the following conditions are met
Any file

Do the following to the matched file or folder:
Copy to folder: Folder B (Options checked: If file exists: rename the file and Copy folder structure: from monitored folder

This works just fine for files. However, newly created folders in Folder A are not copied to Folder B. The post Understand the Logic of Rules states that “Any file” matches, as it says, any file (as well as any folder) and so I would have expected folders created in Folder A to copy to Folder B too. Any help on what I am missing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This has already been discussed in email so let's continue the conversation there.

Thanks for looking into this, Mr_Noodle, but the topic you emailed me about was another one and not this. The only email I got about this was one saying that the post has been approved.

I emailed you in response to a support email, which contains a verbatim message to your post here. Check your spam/junk folder if you can't find it.
