Hazel can no longer read Spotlight Comment field

Hazel can no longer read the Spotlight Comment field. I several long running rules that just recently stopped running. The rules either write or read the Spotlight Comment field. While all my rules that write to the field still function I get a "rule does not match" when I try to read the Spotlight Comment field. I have tried the following with no success; Change "Comment" "is" to "Comment" "Contains" to "Comment" "is not blank". When I set it to "Comment" "is blank" it succeeds but there is text in the Comment field.

Mac OS X = 10.10.5 (14F2315)
Hazel = 4.1.2

Have you tried the preview feature? Also, make sure you use the built-in comments attribute, and not any comments attribute you might find when you click "Other...". Lastly, what kind of drive do these files reside on? Is it a network share or is it a non-Mac filesystem?
