Hi!

Given: One master_folder with file_1 inside.
Want: Rename master_folder, then rename file_1 with source folder's name
Problem: After renaming master_folder Hazel throws an error, saying it cannot rename file_1 because the path of the master can't be found (since Hazel already renamed it)
hazelworker[18247] Received error while processing file (null): Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=260 "The file “A Cat's Life (2002) [1080p]” couldn’t be opened because there is no such file."

This is what I've set up:

Then the next rule would be to rename file_1.

It might be better to split this up into separate steps as changing a folder name right before descending into it can cause problems.

Maybe after the rename, set a color label. Then have another rule go into folders with that color label set.

Didn't work. Still getting the same error.
I separated the rules as you said, added a 10s delay because Hazel was aborting right after the rename action (figure it'd need time to change things internally, I don't know) but even after it I get
Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=2 "No such file or directory"

Solved it!

Looks like when Hazel is stopped and you force rules to run something in the background won't recognise the name's changed. But when starting Hazel and it starts to process the folder everything works.
