Hey all,

THanks for the great app, but I have a bit of a problem.

After updating to 2.3.7 my rules have stopped looking in subfolders, ex:

Rule:

Click for full size - Uploaded with plasq's Skitch
This is also happening for all my plex files:
Downloads > Complete > Doctor Who S05305 > Doctor Who S05E05.avi

the rule is for the complete folder:
if file is video
if name contains "doctor"
if name contains "who"
if name contains "S05"
---
Move file to Media HDD > Plex > TV > Doctor Who (2005) > Season 5
(delete if double)

Rules such as these stopped as well. Any thoughts?
The PDF rule is really the big one- the automation of shows is nice, but the PDF OCRing and sorting is really important. I can go back to letting hazel put the PDFs into folder (sort into sub folder) but having a PDF doc manager is really nice (even though Yep! 2 totally sucks donkey balls).

Thanks!

Looking at your rule, I don't see how it ever worked on any version. The run rules on folder contents action only works on folders and will fail on PDF files. Please check the sticky article at the top of this forum as it will show you how to split this rule appropriately.

Hmm, I see, I was under the impression that it run on subfolders would cause the rule to look for matches inside sub folders, such that it would identify PDFs in sub folders. Clearly pebkac, I'll do some reading and get back to you. Sorry for the silly post.
