Hazel won't open file with application

I'm quite new to Hazel so perhaps I'm doing something wrong. Basically I'm trying to get Hazel to open an application with a file however, it's not working.

What is not working and what do you expect to happen in this case? Normally when you open a file in Handbrake, it just loads it up but doesn't do much else.

So my rules go as follow:

1. When a file enters the Movies Folder, add tags "Movie".
2. Open file with application Handbrake.

Step 1 works great but literally nothing happens for step 2. It's as if I didn't create the rule. What I expect to happen is for Handbrake to open with the file. The rest I can do manually.

Select the file in Finder, right-click it and try and open it in Handbrake there. Does that do anything?

Yes. It opens the file in Handbrake just as it should.

It works here on my end. Have you checked the logs? If so, post any errors you find.
