File based in cell value in Excellent/Numbers

Hey guys, sort of new to Haze - have a few useful rules running for a while. However, I am now trying to organize files based on a value in a cell in Excel/Numbers.
For instance: If I have a Numbers/Excel file in which 2 of the cells are "Name:" and "{actual name}" - is it possible to ask Hazel to read the contents of the file, read the cell where the {actual name} is and rename the file as such?

I have been searching forever for this and can't find a way to do this.

You'll need special software to be able to parse those files and then run that from a script in Hazel. I don't know of any off the top of my head and I suspect a good solution would be hard to find given the proprietary nature of those formats.
