Hazel preventing me from selecting external shell script

When I attempt to select "Other" for the "Run Shell Script" action, the .sh file I'm attempting to select in the finder is unselectable, even though it is a completely valid file and I can run it successfully from the command line on its own.

Is the script set to be executable? If not, set it and it should be selectable after that.
