Sending photos to Google Photos

I would like to create a workflow with Hazel where I:
1. Add a colour label to photos in a folder and then,
2. These photos are sent to Google Photos.
Any tips on how to do this?

#1 is straightforward. #2, I can't really say since I don't use Google Photos. If there is a native app, then might be able to use AppleScript to do that part.

Set up Google Photos to automatically upload photos from a folder, then have Hazel move or copy the matched photo to that folder.
