Hazel Upload to Google Drive?

I use the Google Drive client which syncs files to my computer.

I have a folder that writers upload docs and photos to. Once I publish the article I move the docs and photos to a published folder. I don't really need those files to sit on my computer anymore at that point so I've created a folder in Google Drive called Articles Archive which is not synced to my computer. But I have to manually go in and move files from the Published folder to the Articles Archive folder to get them off my computer.

Is there a way Hazel can look for files in the Published folder on my computer, sync them to the Articles Archive folder in Google Drive and then delete them from my computer?

I don't use Google Drive so I can't say for certain. I'm not sure how it works in terms of not having it synced to your computer but if it still appears as a normal folder in Finder, you can probably use it as a destination in Hazel.

The Article Archive folder does not appear in Finder since that is not synced to my computer. I'm trying to find an easy way to get those files off my computer but still be in Google Drive.

If you can access it via FTP/SFTP/WebDav then you can try using the Upload action instead.
