Finding unique images

Can hazel find unique images across multiple hard drives and then copy the unique ones to a new drive and put it in a folder according to creation date and/or visual similarity? I've been looking for this functionality for years.

That's way beyond what Hazel is meant for. You'll need a specialized tool to detect visual similarity. I don't know anything that would do that off-hand, though.
