Sys Prefs quit unexpectedly while using Noodlekit plug-in

Recently, while editing Rules in Hazel 4.0.8 System Preferences started unexpectedly quitting.

The modal popup that appears when clicking on a Rename pattern (or any blue tag element), either appears off the bottom-left corner of the screen or just briefly flashes up and disappears making it unusable. Repeatedly clicking the Rename Pattern will eventually get the popup to appear as expected.

If I click OK or Cancel in the main window whilst the Rename Pattern modal is open, System Preferences quits everytime. And sometimes it quits after closing the popup.

Here's a screen recording (8.7mb) of it happening: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/241323/crash.mp4

Any ideas? I'm on macOS 10.12.2

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help solve this.

Can you email in the whole stack dump in text form (screenshot is not sufficient since it is cut off)?
